Our Shuttles will run 30 minute intervals from 815am on request

Return times arranged on the day due to weather and road conditions most flexible provider on the mountain.  We try to work around what you request!  So if its an hour or all day there is always a shuttle available for early downtime.  Typical return times are

Terms and Conditions

All tickets are Transferable to any person, date or Time in the event of the ski area being closed. Unused tickets are non refundable but can be transferred to another person or use as payment to another service we provide. Transport is subject to weather conditions and space availability and limited to Ruapehu Scenic Shuttles or partner operators. We accept No responsibility in the event of the ski area closing the ski area while we are in transit to the ski area. Due to the nature of the transport if you are late or miss the departure we will transfer you to a later time at our discretion. Any refunds will be exclude non refundable booking or credit card fees provided the booking is cancelled by us or by you if within 24 hours of booked time. A booking is classed as any booking confirmed, pending or on hold. A booking that is placed on a waiting list will be refunded minus any convenience booking fee charges from our agent. Cancellations must be via email before the departure time if less than 24 hours to be considered. No refunds within 24 hours of departure for confirmed or pending bookings. We reserve the right to reallocate a time booked should we feel we are unable to carry out the requested time. Due to Covid 19 protocols any person exhibiting cold or flu symptoms will not be permitted on our shuttles.
